Stephanie Stano AIF®, CPFA
Stephanie Stano has spent the past 18 years in financial and retirement plan consulting. Her primary role is to provide comprehensive consulting services for all aspects of her clients’ retirement plans, including plan design, market reviews, fee benchmarking, merger and acquisition due diligence, employee communications, and compliance support. Her customized approach allows her team to focus on clients’ and participants’ overall satisfaction, employee retirement readiness, and mitigation of risk for the employer. Through her experience, she brings a broad knowledge and insight to managing vendor relationships, most recently in the mid- to large-market segment.
With her specialized team, Stephanie supports clients with issues related to investments, plan operation, plan administrative services, employee education, and compliance assistance. She also provides education to employers to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities as fiduciaries to their plans. Stephanie is passionate about enhancing retirement plans and offers total commitment to her clients, as illustrated by her 100% client retention rate over the past eight years.
Stephanie is FINRA Series 7 licensed and NASAA Series 66 licensed through LPL Financial, maintains her Life and Health insurance license, and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation.
Stephanie was recognized nationally by the National Association of Plan Advisors “NAPA” as a top advisor for retirement plan consultants under 40. She was the only person in Colorado and one of only four women in the country to win this award. Stephanie was also recognized by NAPA as one of the top female advisors.
She is also a participant in the Adams County Economic Development Group, the Home Builders Association of Colorado, and is passionate about raising money for the March of Dimes.
Stephanie, her husband and their son reside in Denver, where they enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. During the winter, she and her family can be found on the ski slopes, and in the summer months, they enjoy hiking, swimming and playing outside.
